Fidelity Home Nursing Services offers free in-home consultations and has Nurses available for skilled assessments. These assessments can help identify potential problems and offer solutions which allow patients to remain independent longer within the comfort of their own home. In addition, Needs Assessment can assist in determining the level of care needed and the most cost effective solution.
