Assessment – (Registered Nurses only) including observation and evaluation of physical or mental conditions, behaviors, signs and symptoms of illness, and reactions to treatment and the determination as to whether such conditions, signs, symptoms, and reactions represent a deviation from normal, intervention and evaluation of care.
Education – teaching and counseling to promote wellness including education about nutrition and special diets, specific disease processes, prevention of illness, medication side effects.
Medication Management – administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician (See Medication Management service description).
